I needed to share ..this my first appointment at Shere Surgery, though I had organised my prescriptions via online service. I was impressed that they picked up that I hadn't a medication review for a while and was contacted by phone, to organise an appointment with a nurse This was this morning and was looked after by a lovely Sister ..name of A ....sorry! I read that Shere surgery was in the top three in Surrey I'm glad to be in your district My partner also sings your praises

The team at reception are always helpful and a pleasure to talk with. The medical team are always quick to respond and brilliant at putting patients at ease. I cannot praise the surgery highly enough, everyone I have encountered there is fantastic and the systems in place seem to run incredibly well.

The My GP service is very efficient. However, as you can only get face to face appointments on the day, this can be challenging for those of us that work full time. Very often there are just no appointments available after 5pm by the time you get a response. The GP's are very helpful by working late and calling, but sometimes you do need a face to face appointment. It could be this is a short-term thing due to Covid.

The doctors at the surgery are excellent. The reception staff are rude and disinterested, the phone lines are never open until 8.40am, they blatantly ignore patients queuing at reception and they are rude on the phone, it’s not a nice experience for anyone let alone those in need of medical help or vulnerable.

Reception staff ignorance needs addressing for everyone’s sake.

5 stars for everything simply because of the amazing dispensary team especially little mollie and Sharon. Absolutely amazing service and happy to go above and beyond to help. Thanks ladies.
